The keys to the house will be in a key lock safe at the front door. The access code will be sent to you prior to arrival.

Harbour House and Harbour Apartment are situated at the end of a private road. At the roundabout approaching Mount Batten take the third exit, on to Shaw Way. Go past The Bridge Restaurant on the left. Enter the private road and then follow the road to the right, the house is the last house on the left.

Check in from 16:00 and check out before 10:00.

We provide one high chair which can be found in the cupboard next to the kitchen.

There is a gas BBQ kept under a cover on the terrace off the master bedroom. We have provided a 5KG butane gas bottle. BBQ utensils and cleaning equipment are kept under the BBQ.

All rooms have gas central heating, bedside table with lamp and clothes hanging space.

Your bed will be made up with cotton sheets.

Well behaved dogs are very welcome in the house.

Dog food bowls and water bowls are provided.

The house has fire alarms and carbon monoxide alarms on each floor.

There is a comprehensive first aid kit in the storage cupboard next to the kitchen.

There is an integrated fridge/freezer in the kitchen.

Hair dryers are provided in the bedrooms.

There is gas central heating throughout. This is controlled and set to an ambient temperature.

Kitchen and bathrooms have underfloor heating.

We provide an iron and ironing board which is in the cupboard next to the kitchen.

Harbour House has a terrace off the master bedroom with a table and seating for 6 people. The balcony on the top floor overlooking the sea view has two bistro tables and seating for a further 4 people. These can be moved to allow seating for 10 people.

The house has a parking space to the side of the property. A few minutes walk away there is additional on-street parking by the entrance to Shaw Way but you are able to unload luggage outside temporarily using additional spaces.

Communal bins are located on the private drive, consisting of landfill and recycling.

There is a Co-op in Elburton Village.

There are wall mounted TV’s in each of the bedrooms, kitchen and a 75” TV in the living room.

We offer Netflix and you’ll be able to log into your own Amazon Account.

There is a washing machine and a dryer in the kitchen.

There is a very good Wi-Fi throughout the house, free of charge. The router is in the entrance porch with wireless extension boosters on each floor.
